General Terms and Conditions

Notice: Any unauthorized distribution of content is prohibited. Public screening requires the Operator’s written consent.

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These general terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the SportLIVE24.tv platform, Patron Boxing s.r.o., with its registered office at Lochotínská 1064/30, 301 00 Plzeň, Company ID: 09903496 ("Operator"), and the users of the service ("User").

1.2. The SportLIVE24.tv platform is an online service offering paid sports broadcasts (PPV) from various sports. The user may purchase individual broadcasts, monthly, or annual subscriptions.

1.3. All content is protected by anti-piracy protection. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of the content is prohibited and will be prosecuted under Section 270 of the Criminal Code.

1.4. The user is allowed to access the content exclusively through a web browser. SportLIVE24.tv does not offer mobile or TV applications.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1. Registration of a user account is required to access paid broadcasts.

2.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the provided data.

2.3. Each user account is personal and non-transferable. The user may not share login credentials with third parties.

2.4. In case of suspected unauthorized access to the account, the user must contact the Operator at info@sportlive24.tv.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1. Prices for individual broadcasts and subscriptions are listed on the SportLIVE24.tv website.

3.2. Payment can be made by payment card or other supported payment methods.

3.3. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled in advance by the user.

3.4. The user is not entitled to a refund for purchased content unless the service outage on the part of the Operator lasts longer than 10 minutes during a live broadcast. Refunds apply only to the purchase of a single event, not to subscriptions.

3.5. If the user deliberately reports the payment as incorrect or suspicious after viewing the broadcast and the payment gateway together with their bank decide in favor of the Operator, an administrative fee of CZK 15,000 will be charged for processing and defending the claim by a legal representative. This fee is payable within 7 days of delivery of the payment notice.

4. Rules for Using the Service

4.1. The user must use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

4.2. The following is prohibited:

Copying, sharing, or otherwise distributing the content.
Using the service through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).
Any interference with or attempt to interfere with the security of the service.

4.3. Each purchased broadcast (PPV) is intended solely for personal and private viewing by one individual.

4.4. Public distribution of the content, especially in places such as restaurants, bars, sports clubs, cultural facilities, and other similar establishments, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Operator.

4.5. In case of violation of the provision on public distribution, the user agrees that a licensing fee of CZK 50,000 to 250,000 may be subsequently charged. The amount will be determined by the Operator based on the scope of unauthorized use and possible damages.

4.6. The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By purchasing a broadcast or subscription, the user confirms that they are over 18 years old. The Operator is not responsible for any violation of this provision by the user.

5. Liability and Warranties

5.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Short outages due to maintenance are not grounds for compensation.

5.2. The Operator is not responsible for the quality of the broadcast affected by the user's internet connection.

5.3. The schedule of events and broadcasts may change without prior notice. Changes in the schedule are not grounds for complaints or refund claims.

5.4. The user acknowledges that the content is protected by copyright and its violation may be subject to criminal prosecution.

5.5. The organizer of the given sporting event bears full responsibility for the copyright to the musical and visual content included in the broadcast. The Operator is not responsible for any copyright infringement by the organizer.

5.6. Money for purchased subscriptions is non-refundable. However, the user has the right to terminate the subscription at any time, with access to the service ending at the conclusion of the paid period.

5.7. Shortening or changing the broadcast schedule is not a reason for a refund. The broadcast is sold as a whole, not as individual parts.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Operator has the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be published on the SportLIVE24.tv website.

6.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

1. Úvodní ustanovení

1.1. Tyto všeobecné obchodní podmínky (dále jen "Podmínky") upravují práva a povinnosti mezi provozovatelem platformy SportLIVE24.tv, společností Patron Boxing s.r.o., se sídlem Lochotínská 1064/30, 301 00 Plzeň, IČO: 09903496 (dále jen "Provozovatel"), a uživateli služby (dále jen "Uživatel").

1.2. Platforma SportLIVE24.tv je online služba nabízející placené sportovní přenosy (PPV) z různých sportů. Uživatel si může zakoupit jednotlivý přenos, měsíční nebo roční předplatné.

1.3. Veškerý obsah je chráněn protipirátskou ochranou. Jakékoli neoprávněné kopírování, šíření nebo zneužití obsahu je zakázáno a bude stíháno dle § 270 trestního zákoníku.

1.4. Uživateli je umožněn přístup k obsahu výhradně prostřednictvím webového prohlížeče. SportLIVE24.tv nenabízí mobilní ani TV aplikace.

2. Registrace a uživatelský účet

2.1. Pro přístup k placeným přenosům je nutná registrace uživatelského účtu.

2.2. Uživatel odpovídá za správnost a aktuálnost zadaných údajů.

2.3. Každý uživatelský účet je osobní a nepřenosný. Uživatel nesmí sdílet přihlašovací údaje třetím osobám.

2.4. V případě podezření z neoprávněného přístupu ke účtu je uživatel povinen kontaktovat Provozovatele na info@sportlive24.tv.

3. Ceny a platební podmínky

3.1. Ceny za jednotlivé přenosy a předplatné jsou uvedeny na webu SportLIVE24.tv.

3.2. Platbu lze provést platební kartou nebo jinými podporovanými platebními metodami.

3.3. Předplatné je automaticky obnovováno, pokud jej uživatel předem nezruší.

3.4. Uživatel není oprávněn na vrácení peněz za zakoupený obsah, pokud nebyl způsoben výpadkem služby na straně Provozovatele, přičemž výpadek musí trvat déle než 10 minut v průběhu živého přenosu, aby opravňoval uživatele k navrácení platby, a to pouze v případě nákupu jednotlivé akce, nevztahuje se na předplatné.

3.5. Pokud uživatel po shlédnutí přenosu záměrně nahlásí platbu jako mylnou nebo podezřelou a platební brána společně s jeho bankou rozhodnou ve prospěch Provozovatele, bude mu dodatečně vyúčtován administrativní poplatek ve výši 15 000 Kč za zpracování a obhájení nároku právním zástupcem. Tento poplatek je splatný do 7 dnů od doručení výzvy k úhradě.

4. Pravidla používání služby

4.1. Uživatel je povinen službu využívat v souladu s platnými právními předpisy a těmito Podmínkami.

4.2. Je zakázáno:

Kopírování, sdílení či jiné šíření obsahu.
Používání služby automatizovanými prostředky (boti, skripty apod.).
Jakékoli narušení nebo pokus o narušení bezpečnosti služby.

4.3. Každý zakoupený přenos (PPV) je určen výhradně pro osobní a soukromé sledování jednou fyzickou osobou.

4.4. Veřejné šíření obsahu, zejména na místech jako jsou restaurace, bary, sportovní kluby, kulturní zařízení a jiné obdobné provozy, je bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Provozovatele zakázáno.

4.5. V případě porušení ustanovení o veřejném šíření obsahu uživatel souhlasí s tím, že mu může být dodatečně vyúčtován licenční poplatek ve výši 50 000 Kč až 250 000 Kč. Výši této částky určí Provozovatel dle rozsahu neoprávněného užití a možné vzniklé škody.

4.6. Služba je určena výhradně pro osoby starší 18 let. Nákupem přenosu nebo předplatného uživatel potvrzuje, že je starší 18 let. Provozovatel nenese odpovědnost za porušení tohoto ustanovení ze strany uživatele.

5. Odpovědnost a záruky

5.1. Provozovatel nezaručuje nepřetržitou dostupnost služby. Krátkodobé výpadky z důvodu údržby nejsou důvodem k náhradě.

5.2. Provozovatel nenese odpovědnost za kvalitu přenosu ovlivněnou internetovým připojením uživatele.

5.3. Program akcí a vysílání se může změnit bez předchozího upozornění. Změny v programu nejsou důvodem k reklamaci nebo nároku na vrácení peněz.

5.4. Uživatel bere na vědomí, že obsah je chráněn autorskými právy a jejich porušení může být trestně postihováno.

5.5. Za autorská práva k hudebnímu i vizuálnímu obsahu, který je součástí přenosu, nese plnou odpovědnost pořadatel dané sportovní události. Provozovatel nenese odpovědnost za případné porušení autorských práv ze strany pořadatele.

5.6. Peníze za zakoupené předplatné se nevrací. Uživatel má však právo předplatné kdykoliv vypovědět, přičemž přístup ke službě bude ukončen po skončení zaplaceného období.

5.7. Zkrácení nebo změna programu přenosu nejsou důvodem k vrácení peněz. Přenos je prodáván jako celek, nikoliv jeho jednotlivé části.

6. Závěrečná ustanovení

6.1. Provozovatel má právo kdykoliv změnit tyto Podmínky. Aktualizovaná verze bude vždy zveřejněna na webu SportLIVE24.tv.

6.2. Tyto Podmínky se řídí právními předpisy České republiky. Případné spory budou řešeny u příslušných soudů České republiky.

1.1. Niniejsze Ogólne Warunki Handlowe ("Warunki") regulują prawa i obowiązki między operatorem platformy SportLIVE24.tv, Patron Boxing s.r.o., z siedzibą przy Lochotínská 1064/30, 301 00 Pilzno, NIP: 09903496 ("Operator"), a użytkownikami usługi ("Użytkownik").

1.2. Platforma SportLIVE24.tv to usługa online oferująca płatne transmisje sportowe (PPV) z różnych dyscyplin. Użytkownik może zakupić pojedynczą transmisję, miesięczną lub roczną subskrypcję.

1.3. Cała zawartość jest chroniona przed piractwem. Jakiekolwiek nieuprawnione kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie lub nadużywanie treści jest zabronione i będzie ścigane zgodnie z § 270 czeskiego kodeksu karnego.

1.4. Dostęp do treści możliwy jest wyłącznie przez przeglądarkę internetową. SportLIVE24.tv nie oferuje aplikacji mobilnych ani telewizyjnych.

2. Rejestracja i konto użytkownika

2.1. Do korzystania z transmisji płatnych wymagane jest konto użytkownika.

2.2. Użytkownik ponosi odpowiedzialność za poprawność i aktualność podanych danych.

2.3. Każde konto użytkownika jest osobiste i nieprzenoszalne. Użytkownik nie może udostępniać danych logowania osobom trzecim.

2.4. W przypadku podejrzenia nieautoryzowanego dostępu do konta, użytkownik ma obowiązek skontaktować się z Operatorem pod adresem info@sportlive24.tv.

3. Ceny i warunki płatności

3.1. Ceny transmisji i subskrypcji są podane na stronie SportLIVE24.tv.

3.2. Płatności można dokonać kartą płatniczą lub innymi obsługiwanymi metodami.

3.3. Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie, jeśli nie zostanie wcześniej anulowana przez użytkownika.

3.4. Użytkownik nie ma prawa do zwrotu pieniędzy za zakupioną treść, chyba że awaria usługi po stronie Operatora trwała dłużej niż 10 minut podczas transmisji na żywo. Zwrot dotyczy wyłącznie zakupu pojedynczego wydarzenia i nie obejmuje subskrypcji.

3.5. Jeśli użytkownik celowo zgłosi płatność jako błędną lub podejrzaną po obejrzeniu transmisji, a operator płatności wraz z jego bankiem zdecyduje na korzyść Operatora, zostanie naliczona opłata administracyjna w wysokości 15 000 CZK za obsługę i obronę roszczenia przez przedstawiciela prawnego. Opłata ta jest płatna w ciągu 7 dni od doręczenia wezwania do zapłaty.

4. Zasady korzystania z usługi

4.1. Użytkownik jest zobowiązany do korzystania z usługi zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem i niniejszymi Warunkami.

4.2. Zabronione jest:

Kopiowanie, udostępnianie lub inne rozpowszechnianie treści.
Korzystanie z usługi za pomocą środków automatycznych (boty, skrypty itp.).
Zakłócanie lub próba zakłócenia bezpieczeństwa usługi.

4.3. Każda zakupiona transmisja (PPV) jest przeznaczona wyłącznie do osobistego i prywatnego oglądania przez jedną osobę fizyczną.

4.4. Publiczne rozpowszechnianie treści, szczególnie w miejscach takich jak restauracje, bary, kluby sportowe, obiekty kulturalne i inne podobne obiekty, jest zabronione bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody Operatora.

4.5. W przypadku naruszenia postanowień dotyczących publicznego rozpowszechniania treści, użytkownik zgadza się na naliczenie opłaty licencyjnej w wysokości od 50 000 CZK do 250 000 CZK. Wysokość tej opłaty zostanie ustalona przez Operatora na podstawie zakresu nieautoryzowanego użycia i ewentualnych szkód.

4.6. Usługa jest przeznaczona wyłącznie dla osób powyżej 18 roku życia. Zakup transmisji lub subskrypcji oznacza potwierdzenie, że użytkownik ma ukończone 18 lat. Operator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za naruszenie tego postanowienia przez użytkownika.

5. Odpowiedzialność i gwarancje

5.1. Operator nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanej dostępności usługi. Krótkie przerwy techniczne nie stanowią podstawy do odszkodowania.

5.2. Operator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za jakość transmisji zależną od połączenia internetowego użytkownika.

5.3. Harmonogram wydarzeń i transmisji może ulec zmianie bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia. Zmiany w programie nie stanowią podstawy do reklamacji lub roszczenia o zwrot pieniędzy.

5.4. Użytkownik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że treści są chronione prawem autorskim, a ich naruszenie może podlegać odpowiedzialności karnej.

5.5. Pełną odpowiedzialność za prawa autorskie do treści muzycznych i wizualnych będących częścią transmisji ponosi organizator danego wydarzenia sportowego. Operator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne naruszenie praw autorskich przez organizatora.

5.6. Pieniądze za zakupione subskrypcje nie podlegają zwrotowi. Użytkownik ma jednak prawo w każdej chwili wypowiedzieć subskrypcję, przy czym dostęp do usługi zostanie zakończony po zakończeniu opłaconego okresu.

5.7. Skrócenie lub zmiana programu transmisji nie stanowi podstawy do zwrotu pieniędzy. Transmisja jest sprzedawana jako całość, a nie jej poszczególne części.

6. Postanowienia końcowe

6.1. Operator ma prawo w każdej chwili zmienić niniejsze Warunki. Zaktualizowana wersja będzie zawsze publikowana na stronie SportLIVE24.tv.

6.2. Niniejsze Warunki podlegają prawu Republiki Czeskiej. Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy Republiki Czeskiej.

1.3. Alle Inhalte sind durch Anti-Piraterie-Maßnahmen geschützt. Jegliches unbefugtes Kopieren, Verbreiten oder Missbrauchen der Inhalte ist verboten und wird gemäß § 270 des Strafgesetzbuches verfolgt.

1.4. Der Zugriff auf Inhalte ist ausschließlich über einen Webbrowser möglich. SportLIVE24.tv bietet keine mobilen oder TV-Anwendungen an.

2. Registrierung und Benutzerkonto

2.1. Für den Zugang zu kostenpflichtigen Übertragungen ist die Registrierung eines Benutzerkontos erforderlich.

2.2. Der Nutzer ist für die Richtigkeit und Aktualität der angegebenen Daten verantwortlich.

2.3. Jedes Benutzerkonto ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar. Der Nutzer darf seine Zugangsdaten nicht an Dritte weitergeben.

2.4. Bei Verdacht auf unbefugten Zugriff auf das Konto ist der Nutzer verpflichtet, den Betreiber unter info@sportlive24.tv zu kontaktieren.

3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen

3.1. Die Preise für einzelne Übertragungen und Abonnements sind auf der Website SportLIVE24.tv angegeben.

3.2. Die Zahlung kann per Kreditkarte oder mit anderen unterstützten Zahlungsmethoden erfolgen.

3.3. Abonnements werden automatisch verlängert, sofern sie nicht im Voraus vom Nutzer gekündigt werden.

3.4. Der Nutzer hat keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung für gekaufte Inhalte, es sei denn, der Dienstausfall auf Seiten des Betreibers dauert länger als 10 Minuten während einer Live-Übertragung. Eine Rückerstattung gilt nur für den Kauf eines einzelnen Events, nicht für Abonnements.

3.5. Wenn der Nutzer nach dem Ansehen einer Übertragung absichtlich eine Zahlung als fehlerhaft oder verdächtig meldet und das Zahlungsportal zusammen mit seiner Bank zugunsten des Betreibers entscheidet, wird eine Verwaltungsgebühr in Höhe von 15.000 CZK für die Bearbeitung und Verteidigung des Anspruchs durch einen Rechtsvertreter erhoben. Diese Gebühr ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Zustellung der Zahlungsaufforderung fällig.

4. Nutzungsbedingungen des Dienstes

4.1. Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, den Dienst in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Gesetzen und diesen Bedingungen zu nutzen.

4.2. Verboten sind:

Das Kopieren, Teilen oder anderweitige Verbreiten von Inhalten.
Die Nutzung des Dienstes durch automatisierte Mittel (Bots, Skripte usw.).
Jede Störung oder der Versuch, die Sicherheit des Dienstes zu stören.

4.3. Jede gekaufte Übertragung (PPV) ist ausschließlich für die persönliche und private Nutzung durch eine natürliche Person bestimmt.

4.4. Die öffentliche Verbreitung von Inhalten, insbesondere an Orten wie Restaurants, Bars, Sportvereinen, kulturellen Einrichtungen und ähnlichen Betrieben, ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung des Betreibers untersagt.

4.5. Bei Verstoß gegen die Regelung zur öffentlichen Verbreitung erklärt sich der Nutzer damit einverstanden, dass eine Lizenzgebühr in Höhe von 50.000 CZK bis 250.000 CZK nachträglich berechnet werden kann. Die Höhe der Gebühr wird vom Betreiber je nach Umfang der unbefugten Nutzung und dem entstandenen Schaden festgelegt.

4.6. Der Dienst ist ausschließlich für Personen über 18 Jahre bestimmt. Mit dem Kauf einer Übertragung oder eines Abonnements bestätigt der Nutzer, dass er über 18 Jahre alt ist. Der Betreiber übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Verstöße gegen diese Bestimmung durch den Nutzer.

5. Haftung und Gewährleistung

5.1. Der Betreiber garantiert keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes. Kurzfristige Ausfälle aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten stellen keinen Anspruch auf Entschädigung dar.

5.2. Der Betreiber haftet nicht für die Qualität der Übertragung, die durch die Internetverbindung des Nutzers beeinträchtigt wird.

5.3. Der Zeitplan von Veranstaltungen und Übertragungen kann ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden. Änderungen im Programm berechtigen nicht zu Reklamationen oder Rückerstattungen.

5.4. Der Nutzer erkennt an, dass die Inhalte urheberrechtlich geschützt sind und deren Verletzung strafrechtlich verfolgt werden kann.

5.5. Die vollständige Verantwortung für Urheberrechte an Musik- und visuellen Inhalten innerhalb der Übertragung liegt beim Veranstalter der jeweiligen Sportveranstaltung. Der Betreiber haftet nicht für eventuelle Urheberrechtsverletzungen des Veranstalters.

5.6. Bereits gezahlte Abonnementgebühren werden nicht zurückerstattet. Der Nutzer hat jedoch das Recht, das Abonnement jederzeit zu kündigen; der Zugang zum Dienst endet mit Ablauf des bezahlten Zeitraums.

5.7. Die Verkürzung oder Änderung des Programms stellt keinen Rückerstattungsgrund dar. Die Übertragung wird als Ganzes verkauft, nicht in Teilen.

6. Schlussbestimmungen

6.1. Der Betreiber ist berechtigt, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Die aktualisierte Version wird stets auf der Website SportLIVE24.tv veröffentlicht.

6.2. Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Tschechischen Republik. Etwaige Streitigkeiten werden vor den zuständigen Gerichten der Tschechischen Republik beigelegt.
